C.S. Smith parlayed her degrees in Government and National Security Studies into various careers as a policy analyst, export manager, and director of a city government committee on global connectivity. Her love of spine-tingling romantic suspense can be traced to her formative years in Washington, DC, surrounded by intrigue and good-looking men in uniform—including the one she married. After years of fantasizing about other people’s characters, she decided to let her own alpha males out to play, complete with the strong women who bring those men to their knees with the greatest weapon of all—love.
C.S.’s first two pre-published novels have garnered several accolades in romance writing contests, including 1st Place in SWFRW’s High Five, and 2nd Place in Desert Rose RWA’S Diamonds in the Desert for NEAR MISS.
